A Wedding Celebration at SRV in Boston
Ian and Chelsea celebrated their wedding at SRV after getting married earlier that day at Boston City Hall. SRV is one of those spaces that makes so much sense for a wedding: beautiful interiors, incredible food, and the kind of hospitality that makes everyone feel taken care of.
Why I Love a Restaurant Wedding
I'm a restaurant girlie, through and through. When I'm not photographing weddings, I'm photographing food and running social media for a restaurant group, so getting to photograph a wedding in a restaurant feels like a bit of a homecoming.
I love that the atmosphere is already built into the space. At SRV, big windows bring beautiful light across the room throughout the day, while the back of the restaurant feels a little cozier. The marble tabletops are a dream for photographing florals and table settings, making all those little details pop.
But it's the hospitality that really gets me. A great restaurant knows how to take care of people, and that feeling carries into a wedding celebration. Add incredible food, a beautiful space, and your favorite people around the table, and honestly, what more do you need?
